Update Regarding Expansion of Premium Processing #2

This is a follow-up to our May 24th article on USCIS’s expansion of premium processing.

Last week, USCIS provided information regarding the next phase of its Premium Processing (PP) expansion:

•  Beginning Aug. 1, 2022, USCIS will accept PP requests for Multinational Executive/Manager (EB1C) I-140 petitions filed on or before July 1, 2021;
• Beginning Aug. 1, 2022, USCIS will accept PP requests for National Interest Waiver I-140 petitions filed on or before Aug. 1, 2021.

Unfortunately, there is no information as to when PP will be available for: new EB1C I-140s or those filed after July 1, 2021; for F, M and J status I-539 applications; nor for F-1 and J-1 I-765 applications (EAD).
