Update Regarding Expansion of Premium Processing #3

This is an update to our July 18th article on USCIS’s expansion of premium processing.

This week, USCIS provided information regarding the next phase of its Premium Processing (PP) expansion:

• Beginning Sept. 15, 2022, USCIS will accept PP requests for Multinational Executive/Manager (EB1C) I-140 petitions filed on or before Jan. 1, 2022;
• Beginning Sept. 15, 2022, USCIS will accept PP requests for National Interest Waiver I-140 petitions filed on or before Feb. 1, 2022.

No information has been provided as to when PP will be available for: new EB1C I-140s or those filed after Jan. 1, 2022; for F, M and J status I-539 applications; nor for F-1 and J-1 I-765 applications (EAD).
