Update Regarding Expansion of Premium Processing

This is a follow-up to our March 31st article on USCIS’s effort to expand premium processing.
Today, May 24th, USCIS provided a very minor update regarding the expansion of Premium Processing (PP) service. USCIS announced that:
- Beginning June 1, 2022, USCIS will accept PP requests for Multinational Executive/Manager (EB1C) I-140 petitions filed on or before Jan. 1, 2021;
- Beginning July 1, 2022, USCIS will accept PP requests for Multinational Executive/Manager (EB1C) I-140 petitions filed on or before March 1, 2021; and
- Beginning July 1, 2022, USCIS will accept PP requests for National Interest Waiver I-140 petitions filed on or before June 1, 2021.
Unfortunately, there is no information as to when PP will be available for: new EB1C I-140s or those filed after March 1, 2021; for F, M and J status I-539 applications; nor for F-1 and J-1 I-765 applications (EAD).
