Premium Processing for H-1B Transfer Petitions

USCIS announced today that premium processing for H-1B transfers (change of employer) will finally return on Tuesday, Feb. 19^th, but only for petitions filed on or before Dec. 21, 2018.

H-1B transfers filed after Dec. 21, 2018 cannot opt for premium processing until further notice. 

USCIS plans to further expand premium processing as agency workloads permit.  ILG will continue to notify clients when further updates regarding premium processing becomes available.
