USCIS Confirms It Has Returned All H-1B Cap Cases

USCIS announced on 7/19 that it has returned all fiscal year 2018 H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected for processing through the random selection process. The last of the petitions being returned should be received by the petitioners’ representatives by July 31st. The returned petition is confirmation that a cap-subject H-1B was not selected for processing.
