Ann Chau

Ann joined Immigration Law Group as a Senior Attorney in 2003 and was promoted to Partner in 2011. Prior to joining ILG, she was Principal Attorney at Baker Law Corporation (acquired by Littler Mendelson PC).

Ann is extensively skilled in employment-based immigration law. She has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies during her career, yet she continues to enjoy working with start-ups and being a part of all of her clients' growth.

Ann's philosophy as an attorney is that every foreign national employee deserves excellent client service, which should entail direct attorney access, immediate responses to emails and phone calls, and one-on-one meetings with employees. Ann also readily meets clients' Global Mobility, HR, hiring managers, and recruiters at clients' offices to provide training and updates regarding immigration law.

Ann graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1998.

Ann is admitted to practice in the state of California and she is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
