Trump’s Immigration Executive Order has been Temporarily Blocked

04. Feb. 2017

A federal district court in the State of Washington just made a ruling which temporarily suspends key parts of Trump's immigration Executive Order (EO), INCLUDING THE TRAVEL/ENTRY BAN AGAINST NATIONALS OF THE 7 DESIGNATED COUNTRIES.

This ruling applies nationwide and has been communicated to all airlines, which will resume boarding passengers with valid US visas, regardless of their nationality.  The US Customs and Border Protection agency and Department of State have also confirmed that they have resumed operating as they had been prior to the EO.

It is important to note that this order to block the EO is temporary and this court decision will be challenged.  Stay tuned for further updates.
