Regulation on H-1B Duplicate Filings Cleared for Publication

An interim regulation titled "Petitions Filed on Behalf of H-1B Temporary Workers Subject to the Annual Numerical Limitation." Has been cleared for publication and should be forwarded to the Federal Register publication shortly. This rule will relate to the filing of duplicate petitions in the upcoming H-1B "lottery." USCIS is anxious to see the regulation published in advance of the expected April 1 onslaught of petitions.
