USCIS Consolidates Biometrics Appointment Letters for Adjustment of Status Applicants

USCIS announced that it will begin consolidating biometrics collection when employment-based adjustment of status applications (Form I-485) and employment authorization (Form I-765) requests are filed at the same time. One biometrics appointment letter will be issued, only one biometric fee ($80) needs to be submitted. If you have received two notices from the ASC, you still need to attend both. The single biometrics appointment is already in place with family-based concurrent filings.
