USCIS Update on EAD Extension Applications

USCIS has informed AILA liaison that service centers will not be denying EAD extension applications filed between 120 and 180 days, but rather, will now reject applications filed earlier than 120 days prior to the expiration of an EAD. USCIS had informed AILA previously that EAD applications submitted earlier than 120 days would be denied.
