Department of State Fees to Increase 1/1/08

December 17, 2007

The Department of Sate is in the process of publishing in the Federal Register, a $31 increase of nonimmigrant visa fees from $100 to $131 and a $20 increase of immigrant visa fees. The increase is to take effect on January 1, 2008. There may be some pre-paid visa fees that are grandfathered, but we must await the Federal Register notice for details.
