Show Your Support for the American Immigration Law Foundation

July 24, 2007

On Tuesday, July 17th, USCIS announced that it was reversing its decision to reject tens of thousands of employment-based I-485 applications to adjust status. A class action lawsuit scheduled to be filed on Monday, July 16th by the American Immigration Law Foundation (AILF) played a critical role in a concerted campaign to bring about this resolution. Without the work of the Legal Action Center, we would have been without a powerful tool to combat the government's injustice.

Members of the immigration community, including Immigration Law Group LLP have read about AILF's efforts and are sending donations. Since our clients were arguably the biggest beneficiary of AILF's promot action, we wanted to share how you may show your support by making a monetary contribution. Donations, whether $100, $250, $500 will not only help AILF with the expenses it incurred in this matter, but it will also allow AILF to continue its critical role on behalf of foreign nationals in the US.

Use the following link to donate to AILF. http://partners.guidestar.org/controller/searchResults.gs?action_donateReport=1&partner=networkforgood&ein=52-1549711
