Last Call for H-1B Case Initiation

USCIS will begin accepting cap-subject H-1B petitions in approximately one month, on April 1, 2016.

To ensure such cases are timely filed, we ask that all clients inform ILG of all cap-subject H-1B cases by Tuesday, March 15^th.  If you have already contacted ILG about all H-1B cap cases you wish to file this year, no further action is necessary.  

If you have a list of the cases you wish to file but have not provided it to ILG, please send your list to ILG now and you may add to the list up to March 15^th.

Note: USCIS will conduct a random selection process for all cap cases received during the first 5 business days of April to determine which cases will be adjudicated and which cases will be returned. A case received by USCIS on April 1^st has the same chance of being selected for processing as a case received on April 7^th.
