E-Verify Consulting

Our E-Verify consulting service consists of access to E-Verify compliance specialists and attorneys for specific E-Verify questions. We will partner with your company’s HR department/in-house legal counsel to enroll your company in E-Verify, conduct training with key staff members in HR, assist with developing the policy and procedures for conducting E-Verify queries and maintaining E-Verify requirements, partner with Facilities and Security on notices and postings, including possible remote hire locations, partner with key staff members to work through Tentative Non-Confirmations (TNCs) and other work restriction issues as they may arise.

 

E-Verify Onsite Service

For E-Verify onsite service, your company will receive an E-Verify compliance specialist at your office for a designated number of hours each week who will run E-Verify queries for new hires, work through Tentative Non-Confirmations (TNCs) and other work restriction issues, and be the point of contact for all E-Verify questions and concerns. We will develop your company’s policy and procedures for conducting E-Verify queries and maintaining E-Verify requirements and conduct bi-annual onsite E-Verify training for key staff members. We will also work directly with Facilities and Security to ensure required workplace notices and postings have been completed.
