Our Attorneys
Curt C. Bui, Associate Attorney
Curt focuses on business and employment law issues for start-ups and medium-sized businesses. He has counseled companies on issues concerning business formation, transaction, and acquisition. Curt has also successfully represented clients in commercial disputes both in court as well as through arbitration.
Curt also handles family law and immigration matters. His experience in family law includes family dissolutions and related issues of child custody, visitation, child support, and spousal support. His extensive experience in immigration law includes non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, as well as representing clients in removal/deportation and asylum cases. In addition, Curt is a volunteer attorney with the Asian Community Immigration Clinic where he provides pro-bono legal services to indigent clients in Santa Clara County.
Curt was admitted to the California bar in 1997. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in Political Science, International Relations in 1994, and his Juris Doctorate and Certificate in International and Comparative Law from Saint Louis University, School of Law, in 1997.
