Ann O. Chau, Senior Attorney
Ann graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After working three years as a Human Representative Manager for a real estate management company in Oakland, California, Ann went back to school and pursued a career in law. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1998 and has specialized in the practice of immigration and nationality law ever since. Ann is extensively skilled in both employment based and family based immigration law. She has represented both fortune 500 companies and individual clients with their immigration needs. She regularly counsels HR representatives, hiring managers and employees on updates and changes in immigration law. Ann has also represented clients at consular interviews in China, the Philippines and Vietnam. Ann was the Young Lawyers Division Representative for the Santa Clara AILA Chapter in 2002.
Ann is admitted to practice in the state of California and she is also a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
